Desire to love not only possessed by male but also female. Female also has same sexual desire or libido. But female has an upside down libido because a lot of things. There are physical and psychological reasons that affect female libido. Romantic situation, ovulation’s time, jealousy, under pressure, frequency of sexual activity, excessive happiness.

Romantic situation will help to increase female libido. Female is easily touched by a romantic situation. Male tenderness will definitely affect her passion.

Beside that, ovulation’s time can affect female libido because of estrogen and progesterone productivity. It’s happen about two weeks after menstruation.

When female are jealous and stress, her libido will be increased. Her emotion will be uncontrollable. But it can be the right time to lead her to do sexual activity as long as the spouse can understand and spoil her.

Frequency of sexual activity influences female libido too. Female who did not has sexual activity for a long time will have passion to do sexual activity when she meets her spouse. It can happen to female with long distance relationship.

Excessive happiness will make female libido increased. Feel comfortable and full of joy will make her relax and ready to have sexual activity. Whatever the form of happiness, it will make her passion increased.

Male has to understand female’s feeling. Female is a gentle loving human that has to be understood. Good treatment will increase female’s libido, and bring harmony to the relationship.

M ineral For Diabetic People

Diabetic people need to fulfill the mineral body’ s need. We can get mineral
needs from supplements. Minerals that are important for diabetic people are chromium,
calcium, selenium, zinc, manganese, and potassium. Minerals have a lot of functions to
regulate our body.
Research indicates that chromium plays an important role in increases the
efficiency of insulin, carbohydrate metabolism, also synthesis of fatty acids, and
protein. The newest generation of chromium is chromium picolinate which is easier to
be absorbed by our body. While Calcium helps to control cholesterol and improve the
function of nerve and muscle tissue. Calcium deficiency can strengthen the symptoms of
diabetes.
Diabetic people has difficulty in stimulate glucose uptake. Selenium helps to
stimulate glucose uptake, synthesis of fatty acids and other metabolic process. Selenium
also a powerful antioxidant that is important for glutathione peroxidase formation.
Zinc is an essential micro-nutrient that our body need. Zinc’ s not only protect
the cell membrane but also enhance the immune system. Zinc is important for balancing
blood glucose.
Manganese is known as cell protectors. Our body needs this mineral for
SOD (Super Oxide Dismutase) formation. Necessary for vitamin B1 and vitamin E
metabolisms.
Muscle weakness and fatigue are the symptoms of diabetes. Potassium is
important for decrease nerve tension, also muscle weakness and fatigue. Related to
diabetes complication i.e hypertension, potassium has effect to decrease blood pressure.
Mineral needs have to be fulfilled every day by taking mineral supplements.
Minerals help to maintain and improve diabetic people’ s health. Eat mineral supplements
regularly, and you will feel the differences.

Diabetes is a metabolic disorders of fat, carbohydrate, and protein metabolism.
The primary goals of diabetes management are to reduce the risk for disease
complications. Diabetic people has to improve the quality of life like diet, exercise,
enough sleep, lose weight, taking supplement and drug.
Diabetic people needs diet to maintain blood glucose level. The most familiar diet
to control blood glucose level is low-carb diet. You can choose herring, barley, or soy
milk for your low carb diet. Beside low carb diet, diabetic people has to take high fiber
foods to control blood glucose level. You can choose oatmeal, soya bean, cereal or the
other’ s high fiber foods. Eat a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables are also recommended.
Diabetic people has to try to stay active and exercise every day. Doing
housework, walking to the market, up and down the stairs are the simple way to do
exercise. Exercise can help diabetic people to regulate blood glucose levels.
Enough sleep can help control blood glucose level. Sleep eight hours a day is a
source of freshness, energy, and vitality needed to optimize your health. But lack of sleep
can reduce body’ s capability to process glucose.
Lose weight is a must for diabetic people with obesity. Weight loss is related to
the diet that’ s been taken. Normal weight can help control blood glucose level.
Supplements are important to maintain diabetic people’ s health. Mineral and
vitamin supplements have to be taken regularly by diabetic people.
Beside the healthy life style, diabetic people have to take drug regularly as the
doctor’ s prescribed and always control blood glucose level. Also remember to check your
health regularly to the doctor.

Hypertension or high blood pressure is characterised by elevated arterial blood
pressure and increased risk of stroke, myocardial infarction (MI), renal and heart failure
or other vascular complications. High blood pressure is one of many risk factors for
cardiovascular disease. Presently, there is a shift from consideration of individual risk
factors such as blood pressure to overall cardiovascular risk. In hypertension, treatment
is influenced by the presence of other risk factors, pre-existing vascular disease and
associated conditions, particularly diabetes, all of which increase the risk at any given
level of blood pressure. However, at any level the implications will vary according to
the presence or not of the various factors. Normal blood pressure is defined in current
guidelines as less than 130/85 mm Hg. The high-normal range is 130 to 139 over 85 to
89 mm Hg and values above these are defined as hypertension.

Treatment of hypertension is generally indefinite, and elderly patients stand to
gain markedly from therapy. It is most important to carefully establish the risk status
and the diagnosis prior to therapy, especially if hypertension is an isolated risk factor. If
hypertension alone is considered for treatment, confirm that elevation of blood pressure is
sustained and that hypertension is not secondary to a treatable problem.

Blood pressure is increased by other factors such as nonsteroidal anti-
inflammatory drugs (including COX-2—cyclo-oxygenase-2—inhibitors), corticosteroids,
oral contraceptives, topical or oral decongestants or excessive liquorice or salt intake, and
these factors require exclusion by history.

Health is the most important thing in this life. Human life can’ t be separated
from health, because health is a major factor supporting human life. With supported by
good heath then these people could do a lot of activities. But there are matters that often
ignored by us, simple basic things to do to stay health like wash your hand, drink water,
exercise, relax, enough sleep, and get some sunshine.
Washing hands is a very simple thing to do, but often ignored by us. If we don’ t
wash our hand, germs can enter our body and cause disease. So, wash your hand, and get
a healthy life.
Drink water is also important for our body. Human body is not going to give
a signal that it is lack of water until we are dehydrated. Water is the most important
element for the body, because two thirds of our body consists of water. Every day we lose
1.5 liters of water trough the skin, lungs, and kidneys (urine), that’ s why we need to drink
at least eight cups of water to avoid dry skin, dry hair, acne problems, headaches and
bloating.
Beside washing hand and drink water, we need to get exercise. Exercise doesn’ t
mean we have to push our self for fitness. Doing housework, walking to the market, up
and down the stairs are the simple way to do exercise.
Such as exercise, we need to be relax. In facing the demands of work, we often force
ourselves and stress. So we have to relax our body, soul, and mind. Joking and laughing
with friends, also watching funny movies can lower our nerve tension and make us relax.
Eight hours sleep is a must for a healthy life!! Sleep eight hours a day is a source
of freshness, energy, and vitality needed to optimize the productivity of the next day. But
don’ t sleeping too much, because it’ s unhealthy and not good for our body.
Last but not least, we have to get some sunshine. Sunshine can reduce the risk of
disease, such as reduces the symptoms of PMS, establish and improve bone density, also
establish more lymphocytes.
Aplly this basic ways, and stay health..

Tooth is important in every one’ s life. It affects people in so many way. We have
to warry when dental caries occur. And we have to know what is dental caries. Dental
caries (tooth decay) is a pathological process resulting in localised destruction of tooth
tissue. The disease begins with the demineralisation of tooth hard tissue by organic acids.
Bacteria resident in dental plaque produce these acids by fermenting the carbohydrate
in food. The incidence of dental caries has declined in most developed countries over
the last two to three decades because of the use of fluorides; however, the decline in
the incidence has now plateaued. The disease is still a major worldwide public health
problem.

Dental plaque must be present for caries to develop. Plaque is a complex biofilm,
which includes a mixed community of bacteria and their by-products. These bacteria
have variable capacities to produce organic acids from fermentable carbohydrates.
Many bacteria can produce organic acids from fermentable carbohydrates, and
frequent exposure to fermentable carbohydrates leads to an increase in the population
of cariogenic bacteria in the biofilm. These bacteria readily survive in an acid
environment and are prolific producers of organic acids, particularly lactic acid. They
cause demineralisation because they produce acid at around pH 5, which is below
the critical pH range for maintaining the saturation of apatite in the enamel. Frequent
exposure of the plaque to fermentable carbohydrates maintains the plaque pH below
the critical pH for extended periods leading to subsurface enamel demineralisation and
the formation of ‘ white spot’ lesions. These lesions have a relatively intact surface, but
continued demineralisation can progress to cavitation. The disease is progressive if not
treated, leading to larger and deeper cavities. Once cavitation occurs within dentine,
the caries gradually progresses towards the dental pulp, and ultimately, if untreated,
pulpitis (inflammation of the dental pulp) develops. Once pulpitis is established, pain
is experienced with various stimuli. Eventually, if the caries is still untreated, the pulp
inflammation will be followed by pulp necrosis and infection of the root canal system;
this will then cause inflammation of the periapical tissues (known as apical periodontitis),
which can present with a variety of symptoms. Infection of the root canal system can also
give rise to spreading infections.

For the healthy teeth, do dental care. And visit your dentist at least every six
months.

Diabetic people need to maintan their health by taking supplement. There are many kind of supplements in the market. We have to choose the right supplement for diabetic people. Supplement for diabetic people has to contain antioxidant, folic acid, choline, inositol, biotin, panthothenate acid.

Diabetic people needs adequate antioxidant in the body. Antioxidant can reduce free radicals and help prevent tissue damage. Meanwhile folic acid can help prevent neuropathy and retinopathy that often occur on diabetic people.

Choline is important to protect nerve system. Lack of choline causes weight gain, meanwhile diabetic people has to lose their weight. Choline and inositol play roles in fat metabolism. Inositol itself has function to decrease the nerve tension.

Biotin helps in cell growth, also important for fat and protein metabolism. While panthothenate acid is useful to accelerate wound healing and stimulate the immune system.

Diabetic people can also consume vitamin and mineral supplements. Vitamin supplements needed for diabetic people such as vitamin A, vitamin B1 (thiamin), vitamin B2 ( riboflavin), vitamin B3, vitamin B6 ( pyridoxine), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamin E. Mineral supplements needed for diabetic people such as chromium, calcium, selenium, zinc, manganese, and potassium.

Consume chromium picolinate (mineral) is a must for diabetic people. Chromium picolinate,a new generation of chromium plays an important role in carbohydrate metabolism, synthesis of fatty acids, and protein. Chromium picolinate also increases the efficiency of insulin.

Supplement is important for diabetic treatment. Supplements have to be taken regularly each day to maintain a good health.

Acute Pain and Children

Acute pain is common in children, and each child should be respected as an authority about the presence and severity of their pain. In the past, treatment of pain in children has not always been optimal. Many common misconceptions about analgesia in infants and children still need to be dispelled. Facts include that children do not experience less pain than adults, neonates feel and remember pain, premature neonates have the physiological pathways and mediators to feel pain.

Pain assessment is very important in children of all ages. Even neonates can respond and this can modify their subsequent behaviour. A number of factors affect how a child will show pain, and consequently how that pain can be assessed. These include age and developmental level, family, social and cultural factors, other intercurrent illnesses, and previous pain experience.

Children with severe developmental delay can be very difficult to assess for pain, even for their regular carers. Changes from their normal behaviour might be caused by pain. The ‘noncommunicating children’s pain checklist’ can be used to formally assess their pain. In hospital, pain measurement should be performed and recorded regularly like any other physiological parameter (example: temperature, respiratory rate, heart rate, blood pressure) to assess the efficacy of analgesic regimens. This should be done both at rest and with activities such as physiotherapy.

All this time, we only know that vitamin D is good for density bone. We’ll never know that vitamin D has potential effects to prevent and cure diseases. Vitamin D deficiency can causes diseases like diabetes, cancer, autoimmune diseases and osteoporosis. The result of “vitamin D and Diabetes” study shows that taking vitamin D can lower the risk of diabetes. People who take vitamin D in large amounts will reduce the risk of type 1 (insulin deficient) and type 2 (combined insulin resistance and relative deficiency in insulin secretion) diabetes compared to those who did not take vitamin D.

Cornfalkes and Milk, Full of Vitamin D

Vitamin D plays role against inflammation that can lead to diabetes. Vitamin D is divided into 3 groups i.e. vitamin D (active and inactive), analogue vitamin D, and prodrug. Vitamin D is metabolized in the body as 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 [1,25(OH)2D3] or calcitriol (active vitamin D). Diabetes occurs because of immune function abnormality and the secretion of insulin damage caused by a lack of calcitriol. However, further research is still needed. Children and young adult need at least about 600 IU vitamin D each day, meanwhile age 55-71 and more than 71 years need 400 and 600 IU vitamin D each day. You can get vitamin D from nature sources like exposure to sunlight (UltraViolet B), milk, egg, fish, butter and synthetic sources like supplements. Supplements of vitamin D is available in two forms : vitamin D2 (ergocalciferol) and vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol). Vitamin D3 is more preferable because it’s more active and effective. Take vitamin D regularly, you will stay health and away from diabetes.
